I am a lover of red wine and good food – and believe that when it comes to nutrition – ALL FOODS FIT! I am here to help women break free from diet culture by removing the rules and restrictions of fad diets and by making nutrition simple and enjoyable!
Overall, my goal to help women become the happiest and healthiest version of themselves through building sustainable lifestyle habits.
I have four key MANTRAS I preach when it comes to nutrition……

3. ALL foods FIT (yep they really do!)
4. BALANCE is key – nourish your body with nutrient dense foods but still make time to enjoy the foods you love!
