An accredited practising dietitian, lecturer, behavioural scientist and mindset coach from Newcastle, Australia.
With over ten years of experience in the health, fitness and nutrition industry, I am passionate about helping women find food freedom and honour their bodies from a place of self-worth and self-acceptance.
Through my scientific knowledge and clinical experience combined with my enthusiasm, compassion and intuition, I have empowered over 20,000 clients to cultivate self-compassion, transform their relationship with food and radiate confidence.

What is the Revive YOU process?
Revive YOU is built on five powerful pillars that you’ll cover in detail throughout the course:
Module 1: It all Starts with Your Mindset
Module 1 is the permission slip you need to show up and love yourself. It’s time to throw out the scales and transition into a place of self-compassion and self-acceptance. A healthy mindset is fundamental to making lasting changes.

Module 3: A Balanced Approach to Nutrition
